Josh Tanner is an inspirational leader who cultivates love driven, passionate believers! His vision is to equip and mobilize believers to become the most dynamic leaders in their city, state, nation, and throughout the world. His mission is to give every person in the great state of Alaska an opportunity to encounter the love of Jesus in this generations and the next! A visionary leader with over 22 years of experience in developing dynamic teams, Josh inspires growth in every person who is willing to listen, apply, and trust the process. Josh was born and raised in Alaska on the Kenai. He enjoys the outdoors, fishing, rafting and snow-machining, sports, and doing almost anything with his family and friends! Josh is married to his high school sweetheart, Joni for 27yrs. Josh and Joni have 3 adult children and 3 still at home. Josh currently serves as the Senior Pastor of Unite Church.

Joni’s greatest desire is to be who her Father created her to be and to be obedient to that in every season of her life. Her primary ministry for the past 26 years has been raising her 6 awesome kids, Caleb, Maggie, Judah, Titus, Justus, and Cherish. This “mothering” passion flows naturally into the relationships that she has with the body of Christ. Joni serves as part of the Unite executive team which builds and develops a healthy thriving church culture. Joni holds her BM in Christian leadership from CLU. Joni studied fine art at UAA and is an accomplished painter. Her work has been featured in various local galleries and won several national competitions. Joni is an entrepreneur who owns and manages several bed and breakfasts. Joni is married to her best friend and high school sweetheart Josh Tanner. They currently reside in Anchorage Alaska where they serve Jesus together as pastors at Unite Church.

Zach Neese has been a worship pastor and teacher for more than 20 years. In addition to serving as the Pastor of Worship Development at Gateway Church for 15 years, he also directed the Christ for the Nations School of Worship and helped launch and teach the Worship Leadership programs at The King’s University. Zach has a Kingdom culture perspective of biblical worship ministry that transcends denominational and international lines, and he has trained worship leaders from all over the world. Zach believes there is a difference between “leading worship” and pastoring people in the presence of God. His leadership reflects his passion for helping people develop vibrant, transformational, and world-changing relationships with Jesus. Zach currently serves as an executive pastor at Unite Church in Anchorage Alaska.
Zach is a seasoned songwriter (“Living Water,” “The More I Seek You,” “Faithful God,” “Alabaster Jar”) as well as an accomplished author. His book, How to Worship a King, is used by worshipping churches and schools around the world to prepare their people, their students, and their worship teams to minister to God and to the world He loves.
Zach and his wife, Jen, live in Anchorage Alaska with their six bright, good-looking, and godly children: Simeon, Judah, Charis, Maggie, Nora, and Sam.

Karen moved to the great state of Alaska in 1984. Karen’s ministry call to prophetic evangelism has taken her to nations where she has put into practice living out spirit-led evangelism. Karen has been a prophetic intercessor for leaders and ministries throughout our city, our nation and the world for over 20 years. Karen served as Director of Evangelism in her local church and for over 20 years has had an impacting evangelistic ministry where her team saw thousands come to the Lord. Her focus has always been equipping others to reach the harvest through prophetic evangelism. Karen feels called to equip the body of Christ for a great outpouring of His Spirit and to teach and preach the word of God with a prophetic emphasis. She currently directs her own ministry called Arise Shine Kingdom Ministries in Anchorage, Alaska and serves as an accountant at Unite Church.
How To Read Your Bible
As an exhorter, encourager, and challenger, Archibald is excited and passionate about learning God’s truth and revealing Him through prophetic teaching and evangelism. As an equipping teacher, called to facilitate transformation by speaking to the unbelieving areas of the believer’s hearts, he teaches into an encounter with God. Archibald has been married to Betsy, his amazing bride, for 30 years with nine children and three grandchildren.
He was born in Virginia in 1967, raised in Alaska, and trained at Abbott Loop Bible College. Afterwards, in 1987, he was sent on a church planting team to Oahu, Hawaii. He labored there for 18 years, eventually pastoring the church and directing a preschool. Returning to Alaska, and founding the non profit, Let’s Build the Family, Campbell’s focus on strengthening marriage, building family, and bolstering community. He functions primarily as a teacher in the homeschool arena. He has a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education and a Masters degree in Early Childhood Education.

Kristin Moser has a passion for the Lord! She leads the Unite Care Network through kindness and compassion. Her heart is to pursue the Kingdom through sonship, relationship, and maturity of the body of Christ. Kristin has been seeking her education through KINEO ministry training school for the past four years with hopes to complete her bachelor’s degree next year. She has lived in Alaska for the past 32 years. She enjoys hiking, biking, skiing, walking her dogs, and spending time with God in nature. Kristin has one adult daughter, Olivia, who she raised here in Anchorage, Alaska. She hopes to continue her work here at Unite for many years to come and grow in the spirit of Jesus through him and his people.
One Body, Many Parts
Jim Strutz was born in Anchorage, AK in 1952, was a Bible student and an intern pastor at Abbott Loop Chapel. He later studied at, and received a Doctor of Ministry degree from Christian Life School of Theology and has taught in several Bible schools and Christian training centers. Jim was ordained as a Bible teacher in 1978 and has operated in that function for over 40 years. Jim has been married to his sweet heart Janet for 49 years and is the proud father to 3 adults children and 12 grandchildren. They currently reside in Anchorage Alaska and pastor a church at their home called Just Watch.
Gifts of the Holy Spirit
Leigh Sloan has served the body of Christ in numerous leadership capacities over the past 25 years. She holds a bachelor’s in Education and is certified in Gifted Education. She is currently a homeschool educator who instructs both her own children and others. Leigh is married to YouTube Influencer Jake Sloan and has three very uniquely gifted children: Ian, Jael, and Isaac.
Leigh hosts a podcast called “Brave Nation” where she explores cultural topics that people are often afraid to discuss. Brave Nation also hosts regular events that equip people from every sphere to step into their God given-identity that significantly shifts the culture around them. She also facilitates breakthrough to people and businesses or organizations through her coaching and consulting.
She is active in the Alaskan political sphere where she brings a kingdom perspective on radio/podcasts or through her writing.
Gifts of the Holy Spirit
Lindsay Schram is an Alaskan whose life was radically changed when she met Jesus through an open vision in college. She has spent years studying The Word, gifts of the Holy Spirit, and walking in the fullness of the Kingdom. Her heart is to see the fullness of God’s promises alive and fulfilled in Alaska. Lindsay has a history of teaching, equipping, and empowering small groups of people to recognize and walk into their unique God-given identity. She is a Certified Trainer with Prophetic Company, who teaches people to recognize and respond to God in their lives.
